CAN I REFUND MY ITEM?
As we provide personal shopping services, all sales are final. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund orders once the item has been purchased. We ship worldwide. All international deliveries are placed safely and with care through DHL Express. If you would like a quotation please contact us. Please note that some international deliveries may incur customs charges which are outside Aripi London's control. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and payable solely by them.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Time frames vary according to the availability of the item. If the item is available to purchase immediately we estimate you will recieve it within 7-14 days depending on the location it is being sent to. If you need your item before a specific date please let us know before placing your order.
There is a change in the shipping time depending on the state of the store stock. If there is stock in the store, it can be received within 7 ~ 15 days except for the purchase weekend and holidays. If there is no stock in the store, the order will be placed in the store and wait for the goods to arrive. (Chanel and other luxury goods same)
Refund of luxury goods

Therefore, if the image is different from the image taken at the time of inspection, it cannot be refunded. Please note that the cost incurred due to this will be borne by the consignee (customer).
